lock in is an AI-powered scheduling assistant that helps you manage your calendar, tasks, and habits. The Service includes:

AI-powered chat interface for scheduling
Calendar management and visualization
Task and habit tracking
Integration with third-party calendar services
Document import for schedule extraction

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited features and usage quotas as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious content or malware
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by lock in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to provide scheduling suggestions and assistance. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated scheduling suggestions before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCK IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lock in operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
